Abstract
As a synthetic wastewater, diluted milk which contains good nutrients for was used for the SBR influent. Mode 1 contains 480mg CODcr/L, 13.2mg TN/L, 2.3mg TP/L. Mode 2 contains 720mg CODcr/L, 23.9mg TN/L, 3.6mg TP/L. Mode 3 contains 1000mg CODcr/L, 30mg TN/L, 5mg TP/L. For 1 phase, there were 3 operating conditions of dissolved oxygen, which were anoxic, low aeration, high aeration. To control the dissolve oxygen, computer-air control system was used. For checking the dominant of , streak plate method was used. To check species identification, SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and molecular biological method(DNA analysis) were used. As a result, CODcr removal efficiencies of Mode 1, 2, 3 were 89~99%, 96~99%, 97~99% respectively. And BOD removal efficiencies were 94~100%, 92~99%, 99%. TN removal efficiencies were 76~91%, 84~87%, 90~91%. TP removal efficiencies were 61~81%, 60~84%, 61~89%. `s dominant of Mode 1 was 54% on early stage, and 46% on middle stage, 36% on the last stage. The dominant of Mode 2 was 32% on early stage and 33% on the last stage. The dominant of Mode 3 was 33% on early stage and 38% on the last stage. And and were dominant species in reactor by DNA analysis.
