Abstract
The Ministry of Environment( MOE) has determined to adopt a new policy mandates municipalities to change the paradigm, which is the Sewage Treatment Plants(STPs) facilities consume the high energy during sewage collection and treatment, As a economic-environmental point of view. the term of ``Energy Independent Master Plan`` implies that some STPs need to be improved to perform a better energy saving and self-energy production with less cost and less energy consumption, Low energy and process optimization system based on the smart air-quantity control system was developed. It was composed of a real-time influent analysis and effluent simulation techniques. The result of field-application for the smart air-quantity control system, electric power was saved I 5kW - 37kW, and saved 7.6 - 18.8 million won compared of conventional non-air-quantity control system.
