강용태 Yong Tae Kang , 조용현 Yong Hyun Cho
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present a stringent nutrient removal requirement as well as water reuse standards. The advanced submerged membrane bioreactor(ASMBR) system has been consisted of anoxic relector and aerobic tank with the immersed plate membrane. The pilot-scale plant could be carried out with the treatment capacity of 50m³/day and HRT 5.7h. The mass balance equations of the ASMBR system including organic matters and nitrogen could be practically applied to design a new wastewater treatment facility. The following is summarized as resulted in this study. The kinetic coefficients have been estimated after derived from the experiments of this study to obtain the mass balance analysis on substrates as follows ; when the recycle ratio was 1, the K_(c) were calculated as 7.28, 0.48 and 1.38mgBOD/gMLVSShr in the anoxic reactor, in the selector and aerobic reactor respectively, when the recycle ratio was 1.5, K_(c) was 6.24, 0.37, 1.60, when the recycle ratio was 2, K_(c) was 5.13, 0.27, 1.42 and when the recycle ratio was 3, K_(c) was 6.03, 0.25, 1.25. The maximun substrates utilization rates k show as 1.28d^(-1), the half saturated of limited substrates K_(s) was 22.63mg/l, the yield coefficients Y_(c) was 0.6mgN/gMLSS·hr, and the endogenous decay coefficient K_(N) was 0.0255d^(-1). The kinetic coefficients derived from this experimental study to get the mass balance analysis have been determined for nitrogen as follows ; the K_(n), the coefficients of nitrification rates in aerobic reactor were calculated as 1.96, 1.42, 0.97 and 1.02mgN/gMLVSShr for each recycle ratios 1, 1.5, 2 and 3. The K_(DN), the coefficients of denitrification rates in anoxic reactor were observed as 1.02, 0.85, 0.74 and 0.60mgN/gMLVSS·hr. The K_(DN), the coefficients of denitrification rates in select reactor were obtained as 0.22, 0.19, 0.12 and 0.09mgN/gMLVSS·hr.
